In Memoriam – Brother Norbert J. “Biz” Korte

I am very sad to report that Brother Norbert Korte passed away on the 10th of May at the age of 80.

Brother Korte was a life member of the Los Gatos Lions Club.

The funeral Mass will be on Thursday, May 20 at 10:30 am at St. Mary’s Church, 219 Bean Ave., Los Gatos.  Committal Services at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery will immediately follow the Mass.

Please forward this information to all of your Club Members…especially long time Lions.  As a Lion he acted as the group’s Chaplain and worked closely in support of the San Jose Blind Center and its teaching activities.  For almost two decades he played Santa Claus at the Los Gatos Christmas Parade.

He was loved, respected and will be missed by many.
