MD-4 Leadership Institute

All District 4-C6 Lions,

Please read the attached MD-4 Leadership Institute training application and then sign up to participate.

MD4 Lions Leadership Institute App

The MD-4 Leadership Training Institute is recognized nationally within Lions as having the best and most professional training staff who deliver the finest leadership training. It’s a big reason why MD-4 is leading North America in many areas including Lions membership growth. We build leaders who know how to serve.

As a wise investment in our future, District 4-C6 is offering a $100 stipend to each of the first 8 Lions in our District who sign up. We also strongly encourage clubs to further financially support their Lions membership who wish to pursue this most worthy leadership training opportunity.

Viva CalleSJ Volunteer Opportunities!

Viva CalleSJ is back! On Sunday, September 17th, the City of San Jose’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services will be closing down miles of San Jose streets to bring communities together to walk, bike, skate, play, and explore the city like never before. This year the route will extend 7.3 miles through the heart of San Jose, from Downtown to Eastbound.

A great way for Lions to be visible in the community – adopt an intersection, set up a booth with information about your club, be a route scout on a bike, help survey participants in their language, outreach to community and businesses.   Click here to learn more about volunteer opportunities or contact PR Chair, Linda Pugliese.
