Lion and Lioness Presidents of 4-C6,

I would like your Lion and Lioness Clubs to consider buying a Fellowship from the Student Speaker Foundation,

Inc. A big thank you to Marina Luz Vi Minda Lions Club for purchasing a fellowship! These make great gifts to

fellow Lion, Lioness and their families.

Here is a list of the fellowships:

Harry J. Aslan Fellow, donation of $150.00

Dwight E. Stanford, donation of $300.00

Fred W. Smith Fellow, donation of $500.00

The reason for this request is to keep the Student Speaker Foundation active for the Student Speaker Contests.

The Foundation is obligated to award $100,000.00 of Scholarships for our Multiple District Winners in 2004.

This can only be possible with the help of all the Clubs in 4-C6. Even if your club doesn’t help the Student Speaker

Contest, you can help the Foundation and keep the students learning what LIONISM is all about.

Contact me for any questions regarding the Student Speaker Foundation and if you need a speaker at your meeting.

You will find attached a simple form to fill out with your donation. All the students of MD-4, Thank you for your support!

Yours in Lionism,

PDG Lion / Lioness Dennis Miller

Questions about the PU-101 Form

Lions

I am receiving a lot of questions about the PU-101 Form.

Question: When are we going to receive this form?

Have they sent it and my clubs copy has been lost in the mail?

Is it the Cabinet Secretaries job to mail it to the clubs?

There are a lot of questions like the above.

(You know that I haven't received a copy as of this date)

But, if you look in the Club Secretary Manual page # 6 you will find what you are waiting for.

Just change the date on the heading and copy. Now you have a PU-101 Form.
