Constitution & By-Laws changes
Convention delegates will also be asked to ratify changes to the District Constitution and By-Laws, to bring them into comformance with recent amendments to our International Constitution & By-Laws. The passage of these questions will have the effect of renaming the current office of Vice District Governor to First Vice District Governor, and will add an office of Second Vice District Governor. Eligibility for both offices will also be established.
